Must Come and View
Prospective occupants are required to book a viewing, visit the apartment, and speak with the representative.
Note: On any given day, multiple people may be viewing the apartment. Therefore, the landlord will make the final decision on who the apartment is allocated to only after all potential occupants have been spoken to. This process may take one to two days.
If you viewed the apartment on Wednesday, you will be notified of the decision by Friday.
If you viewed the apartment on Saturday, you will be notified by Monday.
If you have not been contacted by the end of these days, unfortunately, you will not have been selected for the apartment.
Must Be Employed
Occupant/s must be gainfully employed.
Number of Occupants Per Apartment
Singles, Couples, Small Family.
Only two adults and a child, or two children under the age of 12yrs are allowed to a apartment.
Pets
No pets are allowed.
Illegal Activities
Persons involved in or associated with illicit activities will not be considered.
Occupants
The apartment is not rented to two females, nor two males, nor to siblings.
